Dear Member,
You are invited to attend a Member’s Social Evening at the Little Theatre on Friday 22nd March at 7.30pm. We hope you will take this opportunity to celebrate the year’s events and share with us your ideas for our future. A glass of wine and some light refreshments will be served, and of course, the bar will be open! There will not be a show rehearsal.
During the evening the formal business of the AGM will be conducted. The minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 23rd March 2018 are displayed on the notice board in the bar, please read before the evening. Any other business should be raised in writing with the Secretary by Friday 15th March.
All places on the committee are open to election. Should you wish to stand for election, as a committee member or an officer of the society, please return to the Secretary your completed form (available on the bar notice board) before Friday 15th March.
